Sapic Active Investors Membership

SAPIC Membership provides exclusive access to the hundreds off-plan and new-build properties which we source each year.

From property sourcing to financing, conveyancing to managing, furnishing to re-sale, SAPIC is able to provide our members with a comprehensive service from start to finish.

SAPIC offers members a property investment opportunity to maximises their profit and minimise their financial exposure, combined with support, guidance and service. As a member of SAPIC, you will have the full support of our professional portfolio team.

  • A Dedicated Portfolio Manager, who will ascertain your short, medium and long term investment goals, advise you on appropriate investment opportunities as they become available, and manage the overall cashflow and growth of your portfolio.
  • A Personal Account Executive, who will manage on your behalf, the entire administration process of each property purchase and be available to answer any questions you may have; and
  • Website Members Area, where you will be able to access SAPIC's latest newsletters, continuously updated property prospectuses, and your individual Property Asset Register.

Referral program membership


SAPIC generous referral policy operates in two ways:

  • becoming a Certified SAPIC Network Partner; actively managing your own investor base (discussed in more detail in "becoming an network partner"); or
  • individual or company who only refers other individuals or companies to us.
Payments are made to the referrer on the basis of a successful property purchase by the referee on an increasing percentage scale based on the number of purchases. However, Certified SAPIC Network Partners can earn as much as 50% of our total commission received.

Network Partner Membership

Network Partners are notified prior to public knowledge of any new exclusive investment opportunities, which gives them the opportunity to forward this information to their own investors network who in turn can start selling and reserving properties well in advance. Network Partners actively manage their own investors group and use SAPIC as their support and administrative backbone.

SAPIC will provide advice, training and assistance to all Network Partners in order for them to be successful in selling SAPIC's properties.
In order to qualify as a Certified Network Partner, SAPIC requires that the individual sell a minimum of five properties per annum. In turn, they will become part of the select group of Partners, who are paid higher commission, invited to trade shows and company events.

We hold an annual 'SAPIC Network Partner Conference' in either the United Kingdom or South Africa where our top Network Partners receive their awards. Our Top Network Partner will receive a Sales Excellence Bonus!
